CANCELLATION POLICY

I strive to provide the best possible service for my clients. I understand that sometimes schedules change, but I ask that you respect my time and the time of other clients by adhering to the following cancellation policy: 1. 24-Hour Notice Required:
I kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your waxing appointment. This allows the opportunity to offer the slot to other clients who may be waiting for an appointment. 2. Late Cancellations or No-Shows:
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or failure to show up for your scheduled appointment may result in a 50% charge of the service fee. I regret that I must enforce this policy to ensure fairness to all clients. 3. Late Arrivals:
If you are running late, please contact me as soon as possible. I may need to adjust the duration of your treatment or reschedule based on the time left in your appointment. If you arrive more than 9 minutes late, your appointment may be canceled, and the cancellation fee will apply. 4. No-Show/Repeated Cancellations:
Clients who frequently cancel or miss appointments without sufficient notice may be required to pay a deposit or prepay for future bookings I appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
